First of all, it's important to know that if a line is invalid, it's because the information in the indicated field is missing, incorrect, or improperly formatted.
How to view my invalid rows?
To display one or more invalid rows is quite simple.
When you upload your file and reach the point where the information rows are displayed, you have a button above labeled "Show all rows."
Click on it and select "Show invalid rows only."
How to remove these invalid rows?
Now that the invalid lines are visible, you have two solutions:
Correct the mistake if you have the possibility in your file and if you absolutely need information on this contact.
Delete the invalid rows.
If you choose to delete the invalid rows, you just need to click on "Remove all invalid rows."
Now that the invalid rows have been removed, you can continue importing your file.
